Fundraising for Sightsavers – working to eliminate avoidable blindness

It’s that time of year again when we hold our Eggstra Special Coffee Morning in aid of Sightsavers. This will be held on Saturday, 17th March in the Old School, Mill Hill, Nettleham, LN2 2PE, from 10.00am until midday.

There will be the usual raffle, cake stall, tombola, etc., as well as the ‘Find a Five’ stall where you can win your Easter egg[s] or bunnies.

It’s free admission and everyone is welcome!

Please feel free to mention the event to your friends and family – remember all are welcome – but if folk live too far away to join us, then of course they may wish to support Sightsavers in their own community.

When 35p – yes, just 35p – will provide medication to prevent blindness, isn’t that the best 35p that could be spent? Cataract operations cost a little more but, again, the lives of children and adults can be wonderfully changed for the better if we support Sightsavers.

Please do come along and join us on the 17th March if you possibly can but, if not, raffle prizes or gifts of any kind may be left at 14 Sudbrooke Lane, Nettleham, before the event or, of course, sent along to the Old School on the Saturday morning.

We look forward to seeing you!
