The Nettleham Festive Market Committee met last night [1st February 2018] to discuss charitable donations resulting from this years event, and decided that – due to problems with policing the voting on social media – they would choose where the £1,000 raised from the raffle will go.

It was decided to give Buddies Dementia Cafe £500 and Rhys’ Donation Foundation £500.

Lincoln Friends of Anthony Nolan will be our chosen charity for this year’s market, along with another charity to be chosen from the list of nominees.

Thank you everyone for all your nominations – we appreciate you taking the time to help us.

This year’s Festive Market will take place on Saturday 1st December 2018 from 3.00pm to 7.00pm, and will again be a craft and farmers market.

We would like to thank everyone who filled in a feedback form and have taken on board your comments about how we can improve the market, and will be implementing some of them.

We are also getting ready to send out application packs and welcome enquiries from local craft and food producers. If you require an application pack please email us at

We will be holding events throughout the year to raise funds, and value the support you give to enable us to put on this event for the village.
